These Terms Of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between You or the Company You represent (“You” Or “Your”) and www.curd.network (“Us,” “We” Or “Our”) governing Your access & use of our services. By accepting these terms, either through clicking to signify acceptance, setting up a user account or simply by using our services, you agree to be bound by all of their provisions, with immediate effect. You represent and warrant that You have the authority to enter into these terms on Your (and your company’s) behalf. If You do not agree with these terms, You should not indicate acceptance and may not use the services.
This Application is created, owned and operated by Spring Technologies FZCO, having its registered office at Building A2, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai. 342001, UAE(hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our”, and “Us”). We intend to ensure your steady commitment to the usage of this Application and the services provided by us through our application “www.curd.network”(“Application”)
- i. For the purpose of these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), wherever the context so requires, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” shall mean and refer to the Application.
- ii. “You”, “Your”, “Yourself”, “User” shall mean and refer to natural and legal individuals who shall be users of this Application provided by us and who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per concerned laws.
- iii. “Third Parties” refer to any Application or individual apart from the Users and the creator of this Application.
1. GENERAL TERMS
- 1.1 The headings of each section in these Terms of Use are only for the purpose of organizing the various provisions under these Terms of Use in an orderly manner and shall be used by you to interpret the provisions contained herein in a manner as may apply to you. Further, it is specifically agreed by you that the headings shall have legal or contractual value on your usage of the Application.
- 1.2 The use of this Application is solely governed by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy that may be uploaded on the Application and any modifications or amendments made thereto by us from time to time, at our sole discretion. If you as a user continue to access and use this Application, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- 1.3 You expressly agree and acknowledge that these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are co-terminus in nature and that expiry/termination of either one will lead to the termination of the other.
- 1.4 You unequivocally agree that these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute a legally binding agreement between us, and that you shall be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to your use of the Application, and that the same shall be deemed to be incorporated into these Terms of Use and shall be treated as part and parcel of the same. You acknowledge and agree that no signature or express act is required to make these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy binding on you and that your act of visiting any part of the Application constitutes your full and final acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
- 1.5 We reserve the sole and exclusive right to amend or modify these Terms of Use without any prior permission or intimation to you, and you expressly agree that any such amendments or modifications shall come into effect immediately. If you do not adhere to the changes, You must stop using the Application at once. Your continued use of the Application will signify your acceptance of the changed terms.
2. APPLICATION OVERVIEW
2.1 CURD is a Social media Application where you can search or get referred or give reference for anything like a product, services, people, businesses, etc. Reference helps to build trust among people and common connections helps to achieve that. You can incentivize your connections for referring or recommending your business, product or service. We also provide a socially proofed search engine among other features.
2.2 Personalized Recommendations to Connections:
2.2.1 By utilizing our CURD App ("the App"), you acknowledge and agree that we may leverage the data you provide, including your personal engagement, preferences, and purchase history within the CURD App, to create personalized recommendations for products, services, or businesses. These recommendations may be directly shared with your connections within the CURD App.
2.2.2 The CURD App's recommendation feature utilizes advanced algorithms that analyze your individual interactions, preferences, and purchase behavior. These insights are used to generate tailored recommendations for products, services, people or businesses that may be of interest to you and your connections.
2.2.3 To enhance social interactions within the CURD App, these personalized recommendations, based on your personal engagement and purchase history, will be shared directly with your connections. This ensures that the recommendations are specifically curated to align with your individual interests and experiences.
2.3 Data Security:
2.3.1 We prioritize the security of your data and employ industry-standard measures to protect it. Your information is stored securely, and we take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
2.3.2 By continuing to use the CURD App, you consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of generating personalized recommendations and sharing them with your connections as described in this clause.
3. REGISTRATION :
3.1 Registration on the Application is mandatory for Users of the Application. The Users can register by providing the following information:

- 3.1.3 Title/Designation
- 3.1.4 Personal Interest
- 3.1.5 Professional Interest
- 3.1.6 Photo (Optional)
- 3.1.7 Phone No. (Optional)

4. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
CURD is a place for connection, creativity, and meaningful conversations. To foster a safe and inclusive environment, all users must adhere to these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
4.1 Safety and Respect
- 4.1.1 No Harassment or Bullying: Users must not engage in harassment, threats, or any form of bullying. This includes targeted attacks based on personal attributes or opinions.
- 4.1.2 Hate Speech Prohibited: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other attributes is strictly forbidden.
- 4.1.3 No Violence or Incitement: Content that glorifies, promotes, or incites violence, terrorism, or criminal activities will not be tolerated.
4.2 Privacy and Security
- 4.2.1 Respect Privacy: Sharing private information (e.g., home address, phone numbers, financial details) without explicit permission is prohibited, except when providing referrals or syncing contacts. If users share information as part of giving referrals or making/syncing contacts, consent is not required.
- 4.2.2 Non-Consensual Content: Sharing intimate or explicit content without the consent of the individual(s) involved is strictly forbidden.
4.3 Authenticity
- 4.3.1 Misleading or False Information: Content designed to deceive, manipulate, or mislead others (e.g., fake news, false claims, or impersonation) is not allowed.
- 4.3.2 Spam-Free Platform: Spamming (e.g., repetitive posts, unsolicited links) and platform manipulation (e.g., fake accounts) are prohibited.
4.4 Objectionable Content
- 4.4.1 Graphic and Explicit Content: Content that contains graphic violence, sexual content, or explicit material must adhere to age-appropriate settings and must not be promoted publicly.
- 4.4.2 No Exploitation: Content that exploits individuals, including human trafficking, child exploitation, or any form of abuse, is strictly forbidden.
4.5 Accessibility and Inclusion
- 4.5.1 Accessible Content: Users are encouraged to make content accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities.
- 4.5.1.1 Add captions to videos for users with hearing impairments.
- 4.5.1.2 Use alt text for images to assist visually impaired users.
- 4.5.1.3 Avoid using flashing or strobing effects in visuals, which may trigger photosensitive conditions. If used, please provide disclaimers.
4.5.2 Inclusive Language: Promote the use of respectful and non-discriminatory language.
4.5.3 Prohibited Behavior: Explicitly forbid content that mocks, excludes, or marginalizes individuals based on their abilities or access needs.
4.6 Integrity
- 4.6.1 Intellectual Property: Respect copyright and trademark laws. Do not share content that you do not own or do not have permission to use.
- 4.6.2 Transparency: Clearly disclose partnerships, sponsorships, or other affiliations in posts or profiles to maintain trust.
4.7 Crisis or Emergency Situations
- 4.7.1 Accurate Information Only: Sharing of unverified or false information during crises such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest is prohibited.
- 4.7.2 Support for Crisis Response: Users are encouraged to organize or participate in verified support initiatives, such as donation drives or rescue efforts.
4.8 Language and Communication
- 4.8.1 Multilingual Respect: Respectful communication across different languages is encouraged. Language-based discrimination or mockery is not allowed.
- 4.8.2 Prohibited Communication: Language that is threatening, harassing, or offensive, regardless of the language it is expressed in, is banned.
4.9 Data Protection and Security
- 4.9.1 Protect User Data: The collection, storage, or sharing of user data (e.g., contact information, browsing history) without explicit consent is prohibited.
- 4.9.2 Third-Party Integrations: Strict guidelines are set for third-party tools or apps connected to the platform.
- 4.9.3 Secure Interactions: Secure communication is encouraged by promoting two-factor authentication (2FA) and banning phishing or fraudulent activities.
4.10 Community Building and Interaction
- 4.10.1 Fostering Positive Engagement: Users are encouraged to engage respectfully, even in disagreements. Constructive discussions are promoted over toxic behavior.
- 4.10.2 Supportive Communities: Tools are provided to help users build and moderate niche groups or communities with shared interests.
- 4.10.3 Content Organization: Clear rules for tagging, categorizing, and organizing content are provided to ensure discoverability and relevance.
4.11 Prohibited Transactions
- 4.11.1 Illegal Activities: Using the platform for illegal purposes, including selling or promoting illegal goods or services, is strictly prohibited.
- 4.11.2 Restricted Goods: The sale or promotion of restricted goods, such as firearms, drugs, or alcohol, must comply with local laws and platform rules.
4.12 Civic Responsibility
- 4.12.1 Elections and Civic Processes: Content attempting to manipulate or interfere with elections or civic processes, including misinformation about voting, is prohibited.
- 4.12.2 No Coordinated Harm: Organized activities aimed at causing harm or disruption, both online and offline, are not allowed.
4.13 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
- 4.13.1 We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. Any activity related to CSAE is strictly prohibited, and violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
- 4.13.2 Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in or facilitate any of the following:
- 4.13.2.1 Possession, distribution, or solicitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- 4.13.2.2 Online grooming, coercion, or solicitation of minors.
- 4.13.2.3 Any content, discussion, or engagement that promotes CSAE.
- 4.13.2.4 Attempts to contact minors for illegal or inappropriate activities.
- 4.13.3 Enforcement and Consequences
Any user found violating this policy will face:
- 4.13.3.1 Immediate content removal
- 4.13.3.2 Account suspension or permanent ban
- 4.13.3.3 Legal action and reporting to law enforcement agencies
We review CSAE-related reports on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to take the strictest action required to protect user safety. - 4.13.4 Legal Compliance
We comply with all child protection and CSAE laws in India and the UAE, including:
- 4.13.4.1 The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 (India)
- 4.13.4.2 The Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
- 4.13.4.3 Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 (Wadeema’s Law – UAE)
- 4.13.4.4 Cybercrime and Anti-CSAE Laws in UAE
Our platform actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations in investigating CSAE-related offenses. - 4.13.5 Reporting and Investigation
Users can report CSAE-related content or activity through:
- 4.13.5.1 The “Report Abuse” feature in the app.
- 4.13.5.2 Emailing support@curd.network with details of the issue.
- 4.13.5.3 Contacting local law enforcement authorities.
We prioritize child safety and take swift action to investigate and remove any CSAE-related content. - 4.13.6 Account Termination and Legal Action
If a user is found violating this policy, we reserve the right to:
- 4.13.6.1 Permanently terminate their account.
- 4.13.6.2 Report their activities to relevant authorities.
- 4.13.6.3 Take legal action as necessary.
By using our platform, all users agree to comply with this policy. Violation of these terms will result in immediate enforcement actions as outlined above.
4.14 Enforcement and Updates
- 4.14.1 Enforcement: Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account restrictions, or permanent bans.
- 4.14.2 Updates to Guidelines: These guidelines will evolve as our community grows. Changes will be communicated clearly and transparently.

5. CURD COINS & WALLET
5.1 General Overview
- 5.1.1 CURD coins are loyalty points awarded to users as a digital representation of the marketing packages they purchase within the CURD app. The app serves as a facilitator, agent, marketplace, or platform provider, enabling users to engage, advertise, promote, and incentivize each other based on their interactions.
- 5.1.2 CURD coins are awarded to users as a digital representation of the marketing packages they purchase, facilitating engagement within the CURD app. These coins cannot be traded between users of the CURD app, but they can be transferred to other users, granted as part of transactions within the app, and returned to CURD and cashed out.
5.2 Acquisition of CURD Coins
- 5.2.1 Users can buy CURD coins as a digital representation of marketing packages through the CURD app.
- 5.2.2 The details of the transaction, including any applicable service fees for processing the purchase, are clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
5.3 Redemption and Cashing Out
- 5.3.1 Users can return CURD coins to CURD and cash out through the available methods within the app.
- 5.3.2 CURD coins, awarded as loyalty points upon the purchase of marketing packages, can also be used to acquire additional marketing packages within the CURD app.
- 5.3.3 This redemption process is subject to service fees, which cover platform maintenance and operational costs. CURD coins are exclusively for use within the CURD ecosystem and cannot be transferred to external wallets or bank accounts.
5.4 Pricing and Fees
- 5.4.1 A service fee is applied for the usage of the CURD marketplace, where users can engage in activities such as lead generation through referrals, word-of-mouth marketing, advertising, and promotions.
- 5.4.2 This fee supports the maintenance and operation of the marketplace, ensuring that CURD can continue to provide a robust platform for users to effectively promote their services and grow their business networks.
- 5.4.3 CURD will provide information on the service fees associated with the acquisition and redemption of CURD coins. Any applicable fees and taxes related to the transactions within the CURD app will be clearly disclosed to the users.
5.5 Invoicing
- 5.5.1 CURD will issue invoices for the purchase of marketing packages, which correspond to the awarding of CURD coins as loyalty points.
- 5.5.2 CURD will also issue invoices when users buy other packages on the app or wherever deemed necessary.
- 5.5.3 Invoices are sent through email or other digital channels immediately following the transaction. CURD commits to the timely delivery of these invoices, although unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
- 5.5.4 In the event that an invoice is not received within 24 hours, users are encouraged to contact CURD's support team at support@curd.network . Users are advised to maintain accurate and updated contact information to facilitate prompt delivery of all correspondence.
5.6 General Terms
- 5.6.1 Compliance: All transactions involving CURD coins must comply with applicable laws and regulations. CURD reserves the right to refuse any transactions that violate legal standards or its policies.
- 5.6.2 Transaction Limits: CURD may impose limits on the marketing packages users can acquire or redeem within a certain period. Any such limits will be communicated within the CURD Wallet.
- 5.6.3 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute related to the acquisition or redemption of CURD coins through the marketing package, users should contact CURD's support team for assistance at support@curd.network. CURD will facilitate resolution in accordance with its policies but does not guarantee restitution.
- 5.6.4 Amendments and Notifications: CURD reserves the right to modify these procedures at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the updated Terms of Use or communicated directly to users.
5.7 Coin Transfers
- 5.7.1 CURD allows the transfer of CURD Coins between users' wallets. Once coins are transferred, they are non-refundable.
- 5.7.2 Users must ensure the accuracy of the recipient's wallet ID to prevent misdirected transfers.
- 5.7.3 Prohibited Uses: The CURD Wallet may not be used for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, financing terrorism, or engaging in fraudulent transactions. CURD reserves the right to suspend or terminate wallet access for users suspected of such activities.
- 5.7.4 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to transactions within the CURD Wallet should be reported to CURD's support team for resolution. CURD will review disputes on a case-by-case basis but is not obligated to mediate disputes between users regarding transfers or cash-outs.
- 5.7.5 Limitation of Liability: CURD shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to market fluctuations, unauthorized access to wallets resulting from user negligence, or the suspension of wallet services in compliance with regulatory requirements. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and must ensure proper safeguards are in place to protect their wallet information.
- 5.7.6 Amendments to the Terms: CURD reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the wallet constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5.8 Technical Circumstances and Transaction Irreversibility
- 5.8.1 Users acknowledge that technical issues, both foreseeable and unforeseeable, may occasionally prevent or delay transactions, including buying marketing packages as CURD coins or cashing out CURD coins.
- 5.8.2 While CURD commits to maintaining a robust technical infrastructure, certain situations such as server downtime, maintenance, or external network issues may temporarily impact transaction capabilities.
5.9 Transaction Security and OTP Authorization
- 5.9.1 For the security of transactions, CURD employs a One-Time Password (OTP) verification process.
- 5.9.2 When you provide an OTP for a transaction, you authorize CURD to proceed with debiting CURD Coins from your wallet, whether for peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers or cash-out purposes.
- 5.9.3 Users must ensure the security of their OTPs and verify transaction details before submission since all transactions authenticated by an OTP are final and irreversible.
5.10 Bankruptcy, Bank Closure, and Wallet Security
- 5.10.1 Bankruptcy Clause: In the unlikely event of CURD's bankruptcy or insolvency, transactions may be halted, and the ability to cash out may be suspended. CURD will adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks to address such circumstances, prioritizing lawful and fair treatment of users' assets.
- 5.10.2 Bank Closure Impact: Should a bank or financial institution holding CURD's operational accounts face closure or operational disruptions, CURD will take reasonable steps to minimize impact on users. However, such events may temporarily affect CURD's ability to process transactions, including cash-outs.
- 5.10.3 Wallet Hacking and Third-Party Breaches: CURD implements stringent security measures to protect user wallets from unauthorized access. However, in the case of wallet hacking or breaches due to third-party actions beyond CURD's reasonable control, CURD will investigate and take appropriate actions to address the issue. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their wallet credentials and must notify CURD immediately of any unauthorized use.
5.11 Limitation on Claims
- 5.11.1 Users acknowledge and agree that CURD is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences suffered due to delays in transaction processing, service delivery, or any other delays arising from CURD's operations, whether such delays are within or beyond CURD's control.
- 5.11.2 While CURD strives to ensure timely and efficient service, users understand that some processes may incur delays. Users hereby waive the right to claim any form of compensation or damages from CURD for losses attributed to such delays.
- 5.11.3 CURD commits to communicating any known or anticipated delays promptly and to taking reasonable steps to minimize their impact. However, CURD’s obligation under such circumstances is limited to providing status updates.
- 5.11.4 By using CURD’s services, including the CURD Wallet and CURD Coins, users agree to abide by these procedures, ensuring a secure and transparent transaction environment.
5.12 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
- 5.12.1 Commitment to Compliance: CURD is fully committed to adhering to all applicable laws and regulations related to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF). Our platform implements robust measures to detect, prevent, and report activities that might constitute money laundering or terrorist financing.
- 5.12.2 Conditional KYC Requirement: Completing our Know Your Customer (KYC) process becomes mandatory for users engaged in acquiring marketing packages as CURD coins worth more than USD 100.
- 5.12.3 KYC Process for Eligible Transactions: Users who reach or exceed transactions involving USD 100 will be prompted to complete the KYC verification process, including submitting government-issued identification and proof of address.
- 5.12.4 Continuous Monitoring: CURD monitors account activity to identify suspicious transactions and reports irregular behavior to relevant authorities.
- 5.12.5 Reporting Obligations: CURD complies with legal obligations to report any suspicious activities to regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
- 5.12.6 User Cooperation: Users agree to cooperate with AML investigations, including providing necessary documentation for verification.
- 5.12.7 Restrictions: CURD reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate relationships with any user engaged in suspicious or unethical activities.
- 5.12.8 Amendments: The AML policies and procedures of CURD are subject to change in response to evolving legal and regulatory frameworks. Users will be notified of significant changes.
- 5.12.9 Acknowledgment: By using CURD, users acknowledge their understanding of and compliance with this AML clause and agree not to use the platform for any activities related to money laundering or terrorist financing.
5.13 Other Provisions
- 5.13.1 User Responsibility: Users are responsible for all transactions authorized by them, including those validated with an OTP. CURD advises users to exercise caution in all transactions and regularly review account activity.
- 5.13.2 Changes and Notifications: CURD reserves the right to modify these terms, including policies related to technical circumstances, transaction irreversibility, and security measures. Users will be notified of significant changes through CURD’s communication channels.
6. PAYMENT GATEWAY
For making all payments for services on the Application, you shall be required to make payment for which you will be redirected to a third-party payment gateway, that we or our payment processing partners may have an agreement with. The payment gateway may additionally seek information from you to process the payment for your purchase and additionally may charge you the payment gateway charges that may be applicable. The payment gateway consists of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/ and other wallet options. You shall be governed under the concerned payment gateway’s Terms and Conditions and other Policies for the purpose of all payment-related aspects.
7. REFUNDS
7.1 Overview
- 7.1.1 At CURD, we strive to offer our users the highest quality services, including access to CURD Coins, premium features, and subscription packages designed to enhance your experience on our platform. This policy outlines our stance on refunds for these services.
7.2 No Refund Policy
- 7.2.1 Marketing Package Purchased: Once marketing packages are purchased and credited to your account on CURD, they are considered final and non-refundable. These points can be used across the platform to access various activities. We encourage users to review their purchase decisions carefully before proceeding.
- 7.2.2 Premium Services: Payments made for premium services or features on CURD are non-refundable. Premium services include but are not limited to advanced user functionalities, ad-free browsing, and enhanced profile visibility. Upon payment, these services are immediately available to the user, and thus we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is made.
- 7.2.3 Subscription Packages: Subscriptions to CURD, including monthly or yearly plans, are non-refundable. Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billings, but please note that we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining period of the subscription once a payment is processed.
7.2 No Refund Policy

- 7.2.3 Subscription Packages: Subscriptions to CURD, including monthly or yearly plans, are non-refundable. Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billings, but please note that we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining period of the subscription once a payment is processed.
7.3 Cancellation Policy
- 7.3.1 Time Frame for Cancellation: Users have the right to cancel any ongoing service or subscription up to 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date. To ensure a seamless cancellation process, we ask users to initiate the cancellation request within this time frame to avoid the subsequent billing cycle's charges.
- 7.3.2 Effect of Cancellation: Upon successful cancellation within the specified time frame, the service or subscription will not be renewed for the next billing cycle. Please note that previous payments made for the current billing period are non-refundable. The service or subscription will remain active and accessible until the end of the current billing period.
- 7.3.3 Failure to Cancel Within the Time Frame: If the cancellation request is not made 24 hours before the next billing date, the subscription or service will be automatically renewed, and the user will be charged for the subsequent billing cycle. We encourage users to manage their subscriptions actively and reach out to our support team with any questions or concerns regarding their services.
- 7.3.4 Changes to Cancellation Policy: CURD reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the policy terms. Continued use of CURD's services and subscriptions after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

7.4 Points Transfer Policy

- 17.2.3 CURD is not responsible for cancellations, modifications, or disputes between event organizers and attendees.

17.3 Event Organizer Responsibilities
By hosting an event on CURD, you (the Organizer) agree to:

- 17.3.4 Comply with local laws and permits required for hosting public or private events.

- 17.8.1 Online events may require third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. CURD does not control these services and is not liable for technical failures, security breaches, or service interruptions.
- 17.8.2 Organizers must ensure compliance with third-party terms when using external platforms for hosting events.
17.9 Dispute Resolution
- 17.9.1 Disputes between attendees and organizers must be resolved directly between the parties.
- 17.9.2 CURD may offer dispute mediation at its discretion but does not guarantee a resolution.
- 17.9.3 Legal disputes arising from event-related transactions will be governed by the laws of Dubai, with arbitration as the preferred resolution method.
17.10 Prohibited Events and Content
The following types of events are strictly prohibited on CURD:
- 17.10.1 Events promoting illegal, violent, or discriminatory activities.
- 17.10.2 Events related to pyramid schemes, gambling, or misleading financial practices.
- 17.10.3 Events that violate intellectual property laws (e.g., unauthorized screenings, pirated content).
- 17.10.4 Events requiring attendees to disclose sensitive personal or financial information.
- 17.10.5 Events involving the sale of prohibited items, as per CURD’s policies.
- 17.10.6 CURD reserves the right to remove or block any event that violates these terms.
17.11 Account Suspension and Termination
- 17.11.1 CURD may suspend or terminate user accounts found violating these terms.
- 17.11.2 CURD reserves the right to block access to event listings without prior notice in cases of policy violations.
- 17.11.3 Organizers with repeated complaints or disputes may be permanently banned from hosting events.
18. Indemnity
18.1 General Indemnification
- 18.1.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CURD and our respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, "Parties"), from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by us that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant, or agreement made or obligation to be performed according to these Terms of Use.
18.2 Third-Party Claims
- 18.2.1 Further, You agree to hold CURD harmless against any claims made by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with:
- 18.2.1.1 Your use of the Application
- 18.2.1.2 Your violation of these Terms of Use
- 18.2.1.3 Your violation of any rights of another
- 18.2.1.4 Your alleged improper conduct according to these Terms of Use
- 18.2.1.5 Your conduct in connection with the Application.
18.3 Cooperation in Defense
- 18.3.1 You agree to fully cooperate in indemnifying CURD at your expense.
- 18.3.2 You also agree not to settle with any party without consent from CURD.
18.4 Limitation of Liability
- 18.4.1 In no event shall CURD be liable to compensate You or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data, or profits.
- 18.4.2 This applies whether or not foreseeable, and whether or not You had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- 18.4.3 This limitation also applies regardless of the theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence, or any other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with Your use of or access to the Application and/or the Services or materials contained therein.
19. Limitation of Liability
19.1 General Limitation of Liability
- 19.1.1 CURD is not responsible for any consequences arising out of the following events:
- 19.1.1.1 If the Application is inoperative/non-responsive due to any connectivity errors associated with the internet connection, including but not limited to slow connectivity, no connectivity, or server failure.
- 19.1.1.2 If you have provided incorrect information or data, or for any deletion of data.
- 19.1.1.3 If there is an undue delay or inability to communicate through email.
- 19.1.1.4 If there is any deficiency or defect in the Services managed by CURD.
- 19.1.1.5 If there is a failure in the functioning of any other service provided by CURD.
- 19.1.2 CURD accepts no liability for:
- 19.1.2.1 Any errors or omissions on behalf of itself or for any damage caused to You, Your belongings, or any third party, resulting from the use or misuse of the Application or any service availed of through the Application.
- 19.1.2.2 The unavailability or failure of the Application.
- 19.1.2.3 Any inaccuracies, unsuitability, incompleteness, or unreliability of the service or any content displayed on the platform.
- 19.1.3 User Responsibilities
- 19.1.3.1 You are required to comply with all applicable laws and platform policies, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
- 19.1.3.2 CURD expressly excludes any liability for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, including but not limited to loss of profits and any loss or damage incurred due to your breach of these Terms of Use.
- 19.1.3.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CURD shall not be liable to You or any other party for any loss or damage, regardless of the form of action or basis of any claim.
- 19.1.3.4 Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with CURD is to terminate your use of the Application.
19.2 Limitation of Liability for External Links

- 19.2.2 Disclaimer of Liability
- 19.2.2.1 CURD expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
- 19.2.2.2 User interactions with External Links, including the purchase of goods or services, participation in promotions, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between the user and the third party.
- 19.2.2.3 Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging in any transaction or relying on information provided by External Links.
- 19.2.3 User Acknowledgment
- 19.2.3.1 By using the CURD platform, users acknowledge and agree that CURD shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available through External Links.
- 19.2.3.2 Users are advised to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services they visit.
- 19.2.4 Advice to Users
- 19.2.4.1 CURD recommends that users exercise caution and use good judgment when clicking on External Links.
- 19.2.4.2 While CURD aims to ensure the relevance and safety of provided links, it cannot guarantee the standards of every link or the integrity of every linked site.
19.3 Additional Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CURD, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:
- 19.3.1 The use or inability to use the platform.
- 19.3.2 Any content, including user-generated content, AI recommendations, or third-party links, accessed through the platform.
- 19.3.3 Any unauthorized access to or alteration of user data.
- 19.3.4 Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the platform’s services or content.
- 19.3.5 Changes in recommendations, rankings, or prioritization resulting from ongoing algorithm updates.
- 19.3.6 CURD reserves the right to modify its algorithm at any time, and no claims shall be entertained regarding changes in results due to these modifications.
19.4 No Legal Recourse
- 19.4.1 By using the platform, users agree not to bring any claims, lawsuits, or legal actions against CURD, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, or partners.
- 19.4.2 This waiver includes claims for damages, compensation, or any other legal or equitable relief, whether arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
20. TERM
20.1 Continuation of Terms
- 20.1.1 These Terms of Use shall continue to form a valid and binding contract between us and shall continue to be in full force and effect as long as you continue to access and use the Application.
20.2 User Termination
- 20.2.1 You may terminate your use of the Application at any time.
20.3 CURD’s Right to Terminate
- 20.3.1 We may terminate these Terms of Use and close your account at any time without notice and/or suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to legal issues or discrepancies.
- 20.3.2 Such suspension or termination shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate.
20.4 Discontinuation of Services
- 20.4.1 We may discontinue the Services and Application without any prior notice.
21. Termination
21.1 CURD’s Right to Terminate Access
- 21.1.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to unilaterally terminate your access to the Application, or any portion thereof, at any time, without notice or cause.
21.2 Universal Right to Deny Access
- 21.2.1 We reserve the universal right to deny access to any or all Users on our Application without any prior notice or explanation in order to protect the interests of the Application and/or other Users.
21.3 Modification of Access and Features
- 21.3.1 We reserve the right to limit, deny, or create different access to the Application and its features for different Users, or to change any of the features or introduce new features without prior notice.
21.4 User Obligation Post-Termination
- 21.4.1 You shall continue to be bound by these Terms of Use, and you expressly agree that you shall not have the right to terminate these Terms of Use until the expiry of the same.
22. COMMUNICATION
22.1 Consent to Communication
- 22.1.1 By using this Application and providing your identity and contact information to us through the Application, you agree and consent to receive calls, e-mails, or SMS from us and/or any of our representatives at any time.
22.2 Reporting Discrepancies
- 22.2.1 You can report any discrepancies regarding the Application or content-related information by contacting support@curd.network.
- 22.2.2 We will take necessary action after an investigation, and the response with resolution (if any issues are found) shall depend on the time required for the investigation.
22.3 Indemnification for Communication
- 22.3.1 You expressly agree that, notwithstanding anything contained herein above, you may be contacted by us regarding any services availed by you on the Application or anything pursuant thereto, and you agree to indemnify us from any harassment claims.
22.4 Privacy Policy Compliance
- 22.4.1 Any information shared by us shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
23. USER OBLIGATIONS AND FORMAL UNDERTAKINGS AS TO CONDUCT
23.1 General User Obligations
You agree and acknowledge that you are a restricted user of this Application and that you:
- 23.1.1 Account and Personal Information Responsibilities
- 23.1.1.1 Agree to provide genuine credentials during registration and at any time when required on the Application. You shall not use a fictitious identity. We are not liable if you have provided incorrect information.
- 23.1.1.2 Agree to ensure that your Name, Email address, Address, Mobile number, and any other information provided during account registration is valid at all times and shall keep your information accurate and up-to-date.
- 23.1.1.3 Agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason.
- 23.1.2 Application Data and Vendor Responsibility
- 23.1.2.1 Understand and acknowledge that the data submitted is manually entered into the database of the Application. This data is for easy and ready reference for you and to streamline the Services through the Application.
- 23.1.2.2 Acknowledge that the Vendor takes sole and absolute responsibility for the quality or quantity of the Product. In case of any discrepancy, the Vendor shall be solely liable.
- 23.1.2.3 The Customer understands that the Application is not selling any product and is merely bridging the gap between the Customer and the Vendor. The Customer shall hold the Vendor liable for any fault, defect, or discrepancy in the Product.
- 23.1.3 Authorization of Information Use
- 23.1.3.1 Authorize the Application to use, store, or otherwise process certain personal information and all published Content, responses, locations, User comments, reviews, and ratings for personalization of Services, marketing, and promotional purposes and optimization of User-related options and Services.
- 23.1.4 Limitation of Liability
- 23.1.4.1 Understand and agree that, to the fullest extent permissible by law, CURD or any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, operational service providers, advertisers, or suppliers shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, in connection with or arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to compensatory, consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages.
- 23.1.5 Usage Restrictions
- 23.1.5.1 You are prohibited from cutting, copying, modifying, recreating, reverse engineering, distributing, disseminating, posting, publishing, or creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any information obtained from the Application without prior express written permission.
- 23.1.5.2 You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Application and/or the materials or Services by any means other than through the interface provided by the Application.
- 23.1.5.3 Any unauthorized use of bots, spiders, automatic devices, programs, algorithms, or similar methods to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Application or its content shall lead to suspension or termination of your access to the Application.
23.2 Prohibited Conduct
You further undertake not to:
- 23.2.1 Interference and Security Violations
- 23.2.1.1 Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts access to the Application or the services provided therein.
- 23.2.1.2 Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Application or any network connected to it, nor breach security or authentication measures.
- 23.2.1.3 Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Application, its systems, accounts, passwords, servers, or networks.
- 23.2.1.4 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application, User accounts, or data.
- 23.2.2 Misrepresentation and Impersonation
- 23.2.2.1 Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- 23.2.2.2 Post misleading or deceptive content regarding a service, business, or product.
- 23.2.3 Unlawful Activities
- 23.2.3.1 Use the Application or its content for unlawful purposes or to solicit illegal activity.
- 23.2.3.2 Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- 23.2.3.3 Commit any act that causes CURD to lose the Services of its Internet Service Provider (ISP) or disrupts services from other providers.
23.3 Legal and Compliance Obligations
- 23.3.1 You expressly authorize CURD to disclose any information relating to you in its possession to law enforcement or other government officials if deemed necessary for investigation and/or resolution of possible crimes.
- 23.3.2 The Application may be required to disclose User information to satisfy judicial orders, legal regulations, or governmental requests.
- 23.3.3 Transactions and Verification
- 23.3.3.1 You are obligated to complete transactions after making payment for services offered on the Application.
- 23.3.3.2 CURD reserves the right to confirm and validate the details provided by you at any point in time. If any details are found to be false, CURD may reject registration and bar you from using the Application .
23.4 Content Restrictions
You agree not to post, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, or share any content that:
- 23.4.1 Prohibited Content Categories
- 23.4.1.1 Belongs to another person and to which you have no right.
- 23.4.1.2 Is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or ethnically objectionable.
- 23.4.1.3 Encourages money laundering or gambling or is otherwise unlawful.
- 23.4.1.4 Infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
- 23.4.1.5 Violates any law in force.
- 23.4.1.6 Misleads or contains grossly offensive or menacing content.
- 23.4.1.7 Abuses, harasses, threatens, defames, demeans, or otherwise violates the legal rights of others.
- 23.4.1.8 Encourages or facilitates any criminal activity.
- 23.4.2 National Security and Public Order Violations
- 23.4.2.1 Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India.
- 23.4.2.2 Disrupts friendly relations with foreign states or public order.
- 23.4.2.3 Incites any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense.
24. Suspension of User Access and Activity
24.1 Right to Suspend or Terminate Access
Notwithstanding other legal remedies that may be available, CURD reserves the right to:
- 24.1.1 Limit your access and/or activity by immediately removing your access credentials either temporarily or indefinitely.
- 24.1.2 Suspend or terminate your association with the Application.
- 24.1.3 Refuse the usage of the Application, without being required to provide you with notice or cause.
24.2 Grounds for Suspension or Termination
Your access may be suspended or terminated if:
- 24.2.1 You are in breach of any of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy.
- 24.2.2 You have provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information.
- 24.2.3 Your actions may cause harm, damage, or loss to other Users or CURD, at our sole discretion.
- 24.2.4 Any other reason mentioned in the Terms of Use or deemed fit by CURD.
25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
25.1 Ownership and Restrictions
- 25.1.1 Unless expressly agreed to in writing, nothing contained herein shall grant you the right to use any of the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, information, questions, answers, solutions, reports, or other distinctive brand features, except as provided in these Terms of Use.
- 25.1.2 All logos, trademarks, brand names, service marks, domain names, including material, designs, and graphics created by and developed by either the Application or any third party, are the property of the Application or the respective copyright or trademark owner.
- 25.1.3 CURD shall be the exclusive owner of all designs, graphics, and related content developed for the Application.
25.2 Unauthorized Use Prohibited
- 25.2.1 You shall not use any intellectual property displayed on the Application in a manner that is likely to cause confusion among existing or prospective users or in any way that disparages or discredits the Application.
- 25.2.2 Any determination of intellectual property misuse shall be at CURD's sole discretion.
25.3 Third-Party Intellectual Property
- 25.3.1 You acknowledge that all intellectual property, including but not limited to copyrights related to the services, resides with their respective owners.
- 25.3.2 CURD does not transfer any intellectual property rights from its respective creators to users.
- 25.3.3 CURD merely provides the Application as a platform through which users can communicate and does not claim ownership over independent content displayed on the Application, apart from the content it has expressly created.
25.4 Legal Consequences for Infringement
- 25.4.1 Any reproduction or infringement of intellectual property belonging to CURD or third parties will result in legal action against you by the respective intellectual property owners.
- 25.4.2 This section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of these Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy.
25.5 User-Generated Content
- 25.5.1 Users of the CURD platform may create, upload, share, and post content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and links ("User Content").
25.6 Grant of License for User Content
- 25.6.1 By posting User Content on CURD, you grant CURD Labs Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to:
- 25.6.1.1 Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
- 25.6.1.2 Make your User Content available to other companies, organizations, or individuals who partner with CURD for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication of such User Content on other media and services.
25.7 User Warranties and Representations
- 25.7.1 You represent and warrant that:
- 25.7.1.1 You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant this license to CURD for all User Content you submit.
- 25.7.1.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information in connection with your submission of any User Content on the CURD platform.
26. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities
26.1 Acknowledgment of Risk
- 26.1.1 You agree and undertake that you are accessing the Application at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before availing of any features on the Application or accessing/using any information displayed thereon.
26.2 No Warranties or Guarantees
- 26.2.1 Any information, resources, activities, or recommendations obtained or availed from the Application, whether written or oral, do not create any warranty, and CURD disclaims all liabilities resulting from reliance on these.
- 26.2.2 CURD does not guarantee that the features and content contained in the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- 26.2.3 CURD does not warrant that the Application or its servers will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
- 26.2.4 You expressly accept any associated risks involved with using the Application.
26.3 Survival of Disclaimer
- 26.3.1 It is agreed that the contents of this section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy.
27. Force Majeure
27.1 No Liability for Events Beyond Control
- 27.1.1 CURD shall not be liable for any damages due to delays or failures in performing its obligations under this agreement if such delay or failure is caused by factors beyond its control or without its fault or negligence.
27.2 Force Majeure Events
- 27.2.1 Force Majeure events include but are not limited to:
- 27.2.1.1 Acts of war, terrorism, or armed conflict.
- 27.2.1.2 Acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes).
- 27.2.1.3 Riots, civil unrest, or sabotage.
- 27.2.1.4 Fire, accidents, or industrial actions (labour shortages, strikes, disputes).
- 27.2.1.5 Internet interruptions, technical failures, or breakage of sea cables.
- 27.2.1.6 Hacking, piracy, fraud, or illegal/unauthorized activities.
- 27.2.1.7 Festive activities causing disruption to business operations.
28. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
28.1 Mediation Process
- 28.1.1 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any dispute relating to its validity, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation.
- 28.1.2 The mediation shall be administered by the Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes ("CORD") (www.resolveoncord.com) in accordance with the CORD Rules of Mediation.
- 28.1.3 The mediation shall be conducted by a sole mediator, who will be appointed by CORD.
28.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- 28.2.1 You expressly agree that the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other agreements entered into between the Parties shall be governed by the laws, rules, and regulations of the UAE.
29. Miscellaneous Provisions
29.1 Entire Agreement
- 29.1.1 These Terms of Use, read together with the Privacy Policy, form the complete and final contract between us concerning the subject matter hereof.
- 29.1.2 These Terms supersede all other communications, representations, and agreements (whether oral, written, or otherwise) relating to the subject matter.
29.2 Waiver
- 29.2.1 The failure of CURD to require performance of any provision of these Terms of Use at any time shall not affect CURD's right to enforce the same later.
- 29.2.2 No waiver by CURD of any breach of these Terms of Use, whether by conduct or otherwise, shall be deemed to be a continuing waiver of any such breach or a waiver of any other breach.
29.3 Severability
- 29.3.1 If any provision or clause of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any court or authority of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
- 29.3.2 In such cases, these Terms of Use shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to correct any invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability while preserving to the maximum extent the original rights, intentions, and commercial expectations of the Parties.
